(YELLOWKNIFE) February 17, 2021 – The Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly Board of Management has issued the following statement:
The Board of Management met today to discuss personnel matters at the Legislative Assembly. Board Members have made the decision to have an independent workplace assessment conducted of the Office of the Clerk.
The Board of Management wants to thank employees of the Legislative Assembly for their continued professionalism and their efforts to ensure all Members are supported when the Assembly resumes sitting next week.
The Board will comment further when appropriate.
