Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I, too, will support this bill, although it’s very hard for some of us bad habit people to go buy it, but I will support the bill. I guess, Mr. Chairman, I just have a couple of quick remarks to make. One is in regard to the opening remarks by the Minister in terms of the young people being charged. I hope that he makes it very clear to the young people that there will be consequences to them as well as to the vendors.
