Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Just one last one here in petroleum product. Once the department decides to privatize I’m just wondering if they take into consideration, it might be fine and well to go ahead and privatize say bulk petroleum products, but does the department consider if after two years if the company can prove that they can take care of the petroleum products, does the department consider a third year that things will not change after year three?
