Does committee agree that consideration of the Department of Finance is completed?

I move that the committee strongly recommends that the government undertake a comprehensive review of the form, function and operation of the program review office; and further, as part of the review process, that the government consult with Regular Members to allow an opportunity for a broader perspective on the effectiveness and efficiency of the office; and furthermore, that the government provide the results of the review of the Standing Committee on Government Operations prior to the review of the 2015-2016 Business Plan.
