Before we continue on with questions, committee, I just want to caution both the Members as well as the witnesses here, we are only getting about two or three questions in a 10-minute block. I will give lots of latitude to make sure that we cover this activity efficiently and effectively, but I would ask that we try to get a little bit more of the preamble down and more of the questions to the activities themselves.
