Thank you. Again, I do appreciate the honesty of the Minister and by no means is this an issue about cell phone coverage, because obviously there was mention of other infrastructure design. Quite frankly, obviously cell phones could be used, but that as it may, cell phone service or lack thereof, is not really I think the major concern here. Nunavut, for example, has very similar concerns to us. They signed on; they felt that television and radio were the proper tools that they could use in a lack of cell service as well.
