Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My questions are directed to the Minister of Environment with regard to the proposed amendments to the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act. I know the Minister mentioned that this government is requesting three additional changes to be considered in light of what’s being recommended by the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board and also the other boards and agencies. Sergeant-at-Arms, escort the witnesses in.
Mr. Miltenberger, for the record, could you introduce your witnesses.
Can I have the Minister responsible for the bill to make his opening comments? Mr. Lafferty.
Detail. Clause 1.
---Clauses 1 through 11 inclusive approved
Thank you, Mr. Bromley. To the motion. Ms. Bisaro.
Minister of Finance.

Just reviewing the information that I’ve had access...
Thank you, Mr. Miltenberger. I believe that the Standing Committee on Government Operations already commented on the bill, so at this time I would like to ask the Minister if he will be bringing in any witnesses.
Does committee agree that Bill 10 as amended is ready for third reading?
---Bill 10 as a whole as amended approved for third reading
