Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Bill 6, Engineering and Geoscience Professions Act, and would like to report progress, with one motion being adopted and that Bill 6 is ready for third reading, as amended. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I do have a concern in the area of human resources. I know the Minister spoke in June of over 100 areas of concern in the Human Resources department. As a Regular Member, we haven’t had a briefing where we actually got to talk about what these concerns are and how we are going to address them as a government. I think that is fundamental and the communication has to be better between the Minister and the Regular Members on this side of the House in terms of where we are going with human resources and human resource planning. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I want to ask questions today to the Minister of Human Resources. It has been almost two years since the amalgamation of the HR departments. It is getting close to two years. I don’t see any improvement in the area of client service, Mr. Speaker. In June, I questioned the Minister in regard to the service levels. It is not good enough that employees or the public call various persons at HR and get three or four different stories about where their files are, what they can access, and what they can’t access.
