I've been waiting for a year to see some improvement at the HR department and I haven't seen it. The statement that I made today was very similar in nature to ones that I have made in this House many times before in the past year. Today we’ve spent $450,000 via a sole sourced contract to an American company to have a look at what’s wrong with our Human Resources department.
