Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This is a real burning question that I have with regard to this whole Sirius plant arrangement. The inability to get a deal done between the producers and the Leviev Group. The real burning thing that I have, Mr. Chairman, is why the government wouldn’t find somebody much like a middle man or somebody to bridge the gap between the producers and the potential purchaser to get a deal done when the government, I believe, Mr. Chairman -- and I mentioned this in the House the other day -- knew full well that the producers weren’t negotiating with the Leviev Group.
