Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, today I want to talk about the importance of our traditional cultures in the Northwest Territories, especially on moosehide tanning. We’re fortunate to be able to fund local community organizations with training opportunities such as moosehide tanning and caribou hide tanning workshops. Mr. Speaker, in my riding, my hometown of Tsiigehtchic, they’ve just completed a threeweek training workshop on moose and caribou hide tanning. This is the second year that this has taken place, with much interest. This project has been able to employ on a short-term basis...
