Mr. Speaker, I would like thank the Minister for that, in particular the assurance that it is not going to go past his desk until everything has been considered. I am wondering, though, as far as the next steps are concerned. What is the Minister going to do to ensure that the people who have had input get feedback so that they know that they have, in fact, been heard and that what they said has been incorporated where appropriate?
