Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Today I’d like to highlight the work of artisan craftspeople in the Great Slave riding and commend the government on its recent commitment to enhance funding up to $500,000 for art, as outlined by the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment yesterday. This money will go to the NWT Arts Council, to cultural organizations such as the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre, to heritage centres where northern artists’ crafts are showcased and to new program planning, development and evaluation throughout the NWT.
As an avid supporter of the arts and culture I am happy to...
Thank you, Mrs. Groenewegen. Yes, that’s what he said. Mr. Aumond.

Thank you, Mr. Ramsay. Mr. Aumond.
Thank you, Mr. Chair. I would like to thank the Minister for coming in today and his staff as well. I will be brief.
Basically, I’m glad that the review has been conducted into the capital process. I’m optimistic that it’s going to be a better way to move forward in the future. I think doing the capital now as opposed to later, after Christmas, tends to make a significant amount of sense. It will give us an opportunity to get ahead a little bit this time.
I’d just like to thank you guys for doing the work and coming forward with this plan. I think it’s a good plan. I am cautious though...
Thank you, Mr. Beaulieu. Minister Miltenberger.
That’s good to hear. I guess my second question is: has that information been shared with the pharmacists? I was talking to a couple of different pharmacists today who indicated that they are unaware of any changes and have seen no improvement in the process so far. It’s great that the process is in place, but has it been shared with pharmacists?
Thank you, Mr. Jacobson. Minister Miltenberger.
