What factors prompted the decision for and timing of the creation of a new visual identity?

Thank you, Mr. Chair. Could the Minister explain why the government continues to contribute to this organization when the project to build the pipeline is on the back burner indefinitely? Thank you.

Masi, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, if the Minister answered my question I would stop asking it. But at this point, I have no detail on what kind of oversight is provided on sole-source contracts so that we know they meet the needs of urgency and unique source of supply. Masi, Mr. Speaker.

WHEREAS the right to have a home is recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as necessary for our health and wellbeing;

AND WHEREAS there are 15,000 houses in the NWT and one-fifth of them are unaffordable or unsuitable or inadequate;
