2023 Recipients Mrs. Mary Teya of Fort McPherson Mrs. Helen Balanoff formerly of Yellowknife Mr. Richard (Rick) Hardy of Tulita The Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, the Honourable Gerald Kisoun, will preside over the ceremony as Chancellor of the Order. The ceremony is open to the public and the media are welcome to attend.
