Thank you. I am just following along into a different area as far as specific to the contractor, if they are providing faulty work, and I am not asking for the name. I don’t think it is probably appropriate at this time to air that name, but was the contract organized, administered and run through the territorial government? I know that the Tlicho people have some authority to do their own business on their own land. I am just wondering if this was a contractor that had gone through the territorial process.
