Thanks for the response, Minister. As we all know, there are federal engagements, federal announcements made on the infrastructure dollars on the National Housing Strategy. Is the department working towards securing resources from that national strategy initiative?

Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. My question today is for the Minister of Northwest Territories Housing Corporation. I understand the issue of physical limitations; however, planning is fundamental. My question is: what, if any, work plan progress has been done under the Voices on Housing Survey? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Good morning, colleagues. Voices on Housing. As mentioned over the past few days, strategies and action plans are essential to achieving our goals and objectives. Today is Voices on Housing, a survey completed and tabled by the Housing Corporation this past May.

Mr. Speaker, it may sound convincing in the House; however, out there in the remote areas of our great territory, it matters by deliverance. Our listening audience, Mr. Speaker, wants security, certainty. They ask: should I mortgage or sell? Is my family secured by government programs? Is there future commerce...

Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. Progress on Skills 4 Success. the Department of Education, Culture and Employment established a plan, Skills 4 Success, to improve lifelong learning, skills development, training, and employment for Northerners, a proactive measure for youth in academic and in training. The Skills 4 Success Strategic Framework was implemented to ensure that the North's education training management keeps up with the dynamic changing of our labour market. Skills 4 Success identifies nursing in the top 20 professions in demand.

It leads me to my third question here: would the Minister work with the counterpart there, the Minister of Health and Social Services, to coordinate together both departments making community visits to share the forecasted opportunities as identified in the Skills 4 Success program?

My first question to the Minister is: what is the progression or report since the Skills 4 Success was introduced in the Northwest Territories, more specifically in the Sahtu region?
